 JOHN PETTIBONE NAMED CFO FOR RENO START UP

Lulius Innovation is honored to announce John Pettibone as its Chief Financial officer. With more than 39 years of CPA experience, Pettibone brings his financial expertise to our Reno Startup. Pettibone’s knowledge spans a number of areas including strategic planning, succession planning, risk mitigation, performance measure, budgeting, GAAP accounting, and astute financial analysis. We are lucky to have him.

Pettibone began his professional career with Price Waterhouse (now Price-Waterhouse-Coopers), then transitioned to become a Partner in S.F. Bay Area regional CPA firms.  While John has significant experience in litigation support and business appraisal, he has also assisted clients in negotiating the selling of their business.

So why join a startup? Pettibone is passionate about helping businesses with strategic planning and improving financial performance. He’s been involved in managing start-up manufacturing operations in Singapore as well as relationships with international distributors in the Asia/Pacific region. John has served as the CFO/Treasurer of several start-up businesses (water safety, IoT, SaaS, etc.) and nonprofit organizations. He serves on the board of directors of several nonprofit organizations.
