Board Chair
Lou Cabrera was the NGB Senior Executive Service and Director of Resource Management/Comptroller (NG-J8) He provided oversight and direction for resources necessary to support NGB, and the entire Army and Air National Guard. In coordination and collaboration with the Army, Air, and the Joint staffs, focused NGB restructuring and transforming to improve and achieve effective oversight. In addition to his time at NGB, Lou was the Chief of Staff to the CIO at the Chief, Office of Facilitation and Resolution, Information Sharing at the Director National Intelligence. As the chair of the Lulius Innovation Board, Lou is charged with helping advise on innovative initiatives for the Government and military and build a board that will take the company to the next level.
