Colonel (Retired) Jayme Rae is a Master Aviator and the former Director of Aviation and Safety for the West Virginia Army National Guard. He has a diverse background in the Army and the National Guard Bureau. Some of his notable positions include Branch Chief — Funds Management at the National Guard Bureau. Brigade Operations Officer for Operational Support Airlift Agency, Commander of the Fixed Wing ARNG Aviation Training Site (FWAATS) and a Subject Matter Expert for the “fixed wing” at the Department of the Army G-3/5/7 Aviation (DAMO-AV).
