Rich founded lulius Innovation primarily to address technology issues he saw while serving in various roles in the military. Rich is a Master Army Aviator, Instructor Pilot, Safety Officer and former State Army Aviation Officer for Nevada, Most recently he commanded the 29th Combat Aviation Brigade. He is also a former Federal Agency CIO and was the lead on all software development and support for the Executive Office of the President, The White House (POTUS 43,44).
